Announcing the 2011 - 2012 PASA Executive Board

It's a bit sad for the 2010 - 2011 PASA Board to say goodbye, but we're proud of the work we did over the past year and we are excited to hand over the reigns to your newly elected, extremely capable, and really fun new board members.

June 3 - PASA and Planning Club present: A FREE screening of Vanishing of the Bees!

Take a break from finals and come eat some free food and watch a free movie with PASA and Planning Club!

We've arranged a FREE screening of the documentary Vanishing of the Bees narrated by Ellen Page (of Juno)!

This documentary explores the declining populations of honey bees and the negative repercussions our food sources could face. Come watch this film, followed by a discussion of saving the bees and sustainable food.

When: Friday, June 3 5-7 PM

5/23 at Noon -- Health Management Careers Session with ACHE Regent for Oregon, Steve Jasperson

Please join us Monday, May 23 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm in 611 URBN for a special conversation with Steve Jasperson, FACHE, who is Chief Executive Officer of Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, and the ACHE Regent for Oregon and Oregon Society of Healthcare Executives President. Current students, newly admitted students and alumni of the MPH-HMP and MPA-HA programs are welcome to attend.

Last Tuesday Night Get-Together of Spring Term and Other Updates

Come join PASA for our last Tuesday Night Get-Together of the term tomorrow, May 17, at Pizzicato from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. (As always, feel free to join any time you’re able.)

It's International Night and we'll have faculty guests: Dr. Jack Corbett, Dr. Suzanne Feeney, Dr. Marcus Ingle, and Dr. Masami Nishishiba joining us! Come hear stories from abroad and learn about international opportunities with the MPA program.
